Unchain Credit holds client application records, assessment records, uploaded supporting documents, correspondence and internal consultant notes relating to debt counselling matters.

Requests must be submitted in writing to the information officer at paia@unchain.credit, setting out the record requested, the right being exercised and your contact details. Prescribed fees may apply.

Access may be refused where the Act permits, including where disclosure would unreasonably affect the privacy of a third party or breach a duty of confidence.

Complaints may be lodged with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
